This month is starting more or less nicely here. We got snow Friday on morning. Not many but enough for courses to be cancelled.

Too bad all the snow is already gone. :(

We also haven't got a Christmas tree yet, but there'll be one soon. I'll also share some pics when it's done ;)

What about you guys? How's December coming along on your side?

Me too. I really hope NSMBU will be more inspired than NSMB2.

Aside from that, well, there are not many things I'd desire for Christmas. Perhaps green or pink chucks?

Well, thing is, when you think Turkey, you think in a turkey. When you think Canada, you think in snow.

Actually... Im liking no snow. I mean, all the shoveling, the cold, the driving... I really hope it snows very little.

I like snow. It makes beautiful and unusual landscapes. It's also a good excuse for not going to courses. What would you do when transports don't work due to snow, and you don't have a driving license? :P

Thing is. In 5 months, i WILL have a drivers license :P. And here, School Buses always work. Last year, I never missed one day of school because of snow.

I will get one too, eventually.

But hey, this is France. Rain causes all sorts of traffic issues, and snow can freeze everything.

I remember that two years ago, it snowed during the day. High school closed at 3PM, and they said no buses. A bus came, but there were so many people, fitting them all inside the bus would have been impossible. I decided, fuck the bus, let's go home on feet.

Now, I hope similar things don't happen. Where I am, going back home on feet would take way too long.

Well, my school is 5km from my house. And the worst part is, that some streets dont even have side walks yet, and some places are under constuction, not mentioning that there is a farm area in the middle, so nothing where to eat something or stop by.

0.o You get a drivers license at the age of 16 in the US and Canada, right?

It's 18 here ;~;

Last year, a snowplow (Or whatever those are called, the cars with the shovel-like thing in front of them that are used to clear the roads) came to our school and pushed all of the snow into a corner near area where we go out to recess. All of the snow combined made a mini-mountain that was about 4 meters high :/

Sounds awesome :D

Here, we get so few snow that all the snow in my garden would barely suffice to make a decent snowman :/

I don't know exactly, perhaps something like 15x15 meters. But there are trees and stuff which take up surface, too.

Once upon a time Degolegodyl never had to cope with snow or cold on December. And neither do I, even if they dump on my neighborhood an amount of ice similar to what Wenham Lake Ice Co. has produced on all of its history.

Even so, there's a dire cost for that. 40°C almost every day, or 104°F. Choose your favorite.

No, in Argentina it was 5 celcius in winter. Still kinda cold. Its -20 celcius in Canada :)
