Again, for now , I'm pretty sure "one design per month per designer" is a simple enough plan.
I mean, not strictly one month, but around that rate is something to aim for.

Right now we just need a couple of finished designs to get starting with.

Last view: 1089 days ago 		I know Cosmo is busy a lot, but if he could somehow be able to take his modeling skills on the go, it would benefit the project a lot. 3D modeling is our lacking area, so we need to get the most out of our existing modelers or recruit new ones.

And MC, you should list the composers on your first post:p
