Yeah. Its your download speed. You have 3.4mbps, but most of the people nowadays have 15mbps like myself. BTW, dont call it mb/s. Its not really mb/s, its mbps (difference is that one is bytes, and another one is bits per second.

Anyway, I have bought a hard drive, a mother board, and a power supply for my new pc build. Ill probably buy the processor and ram next month (ITS AN AMD FX-8350 8 CORE @4.0GHz!) and on april ill buy a graphics card. (hopefully a 7870 or a 660).

X/s or Xps and X·s^(−1) is the same thing - amount of X per second.

Mb/s or Mbps or Mb·s^(−1) = Megabits per second.
MB/s or MBps or MB·s^(−1) = MegaBytes per second.

Although, it's better to use Kibibits and Mebibits (1024x instead of 1000x).

I got it refurbished from Dell Outlet for about £450 (~€510) cheaper than buying it new! I can't upgrade the graphics card as it's a laptop but it runs Wii games in Dolphin full speed at 720p so I don't mind :)

ah well, since we're doing it

i have an hp laptop, 4535s probook.
Processor: AMD e2-3000m APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.80 GHz (i think it's dual core)
6 gigs of RAM
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon 6380G HD Graphics
Sound: high definition audio device? (is this normal)

It can play games, so I like that, like Castle Crashers and such, but I'm not aiming for the next Battlefield or CoD (also I have a PS4).

my old laptop is a 1.6GHz Atom CPU and Nvidia Ion whatever

which is, well, usable for anything non-internet, but forget trying to use the bloated modern web without it being a lagfest
