After NSMB2, I do not think people want to see "pill hills" anymore. Like the picture MC linked to, we should use real life mountains and use the fog and blizzard effects for the "misty" atmosphere.

Last view: 144 days ago 		Something that should be brought up in the remake is the mountains themselves. We could bring over the idea of the tops of them and interacting from Gliding Canyon, maybe some cloud or ice flower platforming?
It should also focus more on the Ice Flower in general, this is our one galaxy to do something cool with snow and ice mechanics.

Last view: 2622 days ago 		If Misty Peaks stays, we're definitely going to have to use fog in strategic places to save us from modelling a ginormous mountain.
Say, like some platforming sections on the side of a near-vertical cliff with haze everywhere. Launch Stars with a blank-out transition between sections.

Last view: 1090 days ago 		Awesome! I actually remember playing Spyro 1 when I was a kid. I loved 3 the most, though. I love the way the purple is added to the snow/ice. If we did that, crystals would not be necessary. There would be enough color in the purple.
