In the night mission BowieZ's theme will play. Then in the part where it is pitch black, the "beep" underground will play and the mushrooms glow. (Glowing mushrooms? That sounds like a reference to the hallucegenic mushrooms, which are an illegal drug.) Plese everyone never do drugs.

Anyways, the day mission, the NSMBU athletic theme plays and the mushrooms "wiggle" to the "wah" like how they glowed to the "beep".
