Fiery Gobblegut was hard enough without any gimmicks.
Remind me, do the clones get hurt and can they damage bosses? If so, the planet could be fenced off into halves, with Mario and his clones on different halves.
But I don't understand how this boss battle will work.


Yes, and when they get hurt, you also lose a life. So if the clone dies, you instantly die too. They can also spin in cutscenes and hurt bosses/enemies

Suddenly dying because the player lost sight of the other Mario and messed up trying to rescue it. :P
Definitely no Fiery Gobblegut here.

Two Marios, one Fire Goblegut, one Fiery Dino Piranha, one life, one timer. That just made Super Mario Galaxy (the level) look like natural-hearted child's play. That would be kaizo. Maybe this galaxy should be right before SMG level?

Let's just keep the two Mario idea and not use my idea. It is impossible now that I think of it. Having duplicate platforms will give this level the mirror feel.

If we use a symmetrical wall, will these glitches be prevented?

EDIT: The mission should be called Citadel of Clones.


Edit 2-Repeat from Mirror Madness: Glem said he is fine with scrapping the clone concept and that it could be used in only one section.
