It sounds very MIDI. It also could use more of a direct melody, as things do get a bit cluttered. Not bad for a first attempt though. ____________________

I might be wrong but that actually sounds very much like a remix of a song that I swear that I've heard before. (Then again my memory might just be messing with me) 
Anyway to be honest: That doesn't fit a Bowser level. At all.
