I cant stand people that say that minecraft on the xbox 360 is better or the same as the pc version saying "who cares about mods and texture packs anyway?

I don't really care anyway, I still have mods on my Minecraft, just to change it up a little. or alot.

Yea, those sandbox games get REALLY boring without mods. I have to play Tekkit. Thats the only way im playing MC.

Xbox 360 was a, one hit wonder, if you will.

I mainly only play Vanilla with my friends on multiplayer. I usually play on my custom modded client (which has 482 mods making it the most modded functional documented client ever made :P) which is still 1.2.5. It's much more enjoyable for me, considering the hundreds of improvements it has.

Same here. Also, best 2 mod combination ever, Flan's Mod and Custom NPC's. Oh yea.

I have over ten mods, but they don't affect gameplay.
- Optifine
- Rei Minimap
- Damage Indicators
- Better Animations Collection: Revived
- Better Sprinting
- Code Chicken Core
- The Hats Mod
- Horse Stats
- Player API for Forge
- Minecraft Capes Mod
- Multishot (idk what this is)
- Presence Footsteps Mod

All mods which enhance my play-ability, but don't change gameplay.

Not enough items crashed back then. I do need to add it indeed.

If any of you never tried it, use magic launcher, its great, and best of all, its made by the makers of optifine.

As all of you may know, I have Minecraft Pocket Edition (which is downsized). I have heard that infinite worlds might be added later in through future updates. But I am happy with mobile Minecraft. I have played a little bit of the computer version of Minecraft. Well, on one of my classmates' computer.

I use Magic Launcher for normal MC. For my modded client I use the old launcher from pre-1.4.5, considering my modded client is for 1.2.5 and it screws up all the mods.

A 3DS version would be nice :P

Notch is considering a 3DS version. A Wii U version would also be great. The 3DS's 3D and bottom screen, plus the Wii U's GamePad would be great to use for touchscreen applications. I just hope a 3DS and/or Wii U version would be as grear as th computer version. It is so sad that the 360 and mobile are limited ;_;.

Speaking of the 360 version, maybe there could possibly be a PlayStation version in the near future... ?

Yes. Itll be for ps4 though. The ps3 doesnt have nearly as much ram in order to run minecraft

It is better that it will be for the PS4 because the DualShock 4's touchpad plus all the other controls will probably be an excellent accommodation for MineCraft's controls. The PS4 version will most likely be limited though :(. Just look at the 360 and movile versions.

Not nearly as limited, but again, it is a console, and consoles will always be limited in some way, like texture packs and mods.
