-New enemies like Shy Guys and Snowmen

-Giant enemies

-A new star coin shop run by Lakitu

-A new progression system

-HAMMER MARIO! How awesome! One of the best power-ups in the Mario series as a whole!

So yeah, I bitched and bitched about how newer was dead, and well, I have to eat my words.

Lots of reverse-engineering and programming. The worldmap engine was fully rewritten according to Treeki.

I like the new world map. It's really reminiscient of SMW.

You don't need to hardmod or downgrade your Wii. Just make sure it runs off System Menu 4.3, and use Letterbomb :)
