Well, about the Paper Mario games, you need complex steps to do basic things. For example, even stepping on a Goomba forces you inside a battle, while you should be able to just immediately kill it. And inside turn based battles, you're basically forced to get attacked. You can dodge enemies in platformer games, so why should you be forced to be attacked in turn based battles?
But in the end, I guess it just comes down to opinion. I've never liked RPGs, which is why I don 't like the Pokemon series either. |

MM720, Majora's Mask is great. While I prefer OoT, I like Majora's Mask because it was different yet familiar. Kind of like Mario Sunshine. ____________________

I never said Majora's Mask was bad. I just find it a bit too overrated (even though it's a breathtakingly amazing game). I mean it has to be overrated if the fans want 2 remakes of it on 2 different consoles (I would like to see a sequel too, but 2 REMAKES of the exact same game? Nuh-uh. Nintendo should save their money and people for other games).
Also I guess Luigi#1 forgot his Daily Ticket to Nintendo Hype Train today  (Maybe someone/anyone else could make up a question and then post it here in a POST, not new thread? Also only 1 new question per day could be posted and the first one to post a question gets it? Posted by mariogalaxythree That logic doesn't quite work, as there are tons of games which have sold good/alot, and they're still underrated (one example is Paper Mario: Sticker Star. everyone in the world KNOWS that it's underrated). Sales is one thing, but you gotta listen to the gamer community too sometimes. NSMB2 has also sold a lot, but it's still very underrated. many people instantly think that the fact that it's a rushed cash-in game makes the game bad. The game severely lacks innovation, but it's a good game nevertheless. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great as always and the inclusion of DLC is great too. Sure it's the worst 2D Mario in a while and isn't an amazing game or anything, but it deserves a better reputation.

Some delays, like with LM3, are beneficial. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was delayed a lot, but I heard that it was an average game. SMG2 was delayed in Australia for reasons I don't know.
