Aw damn. Why would it be a rip off? I mean, a screen on the controller is very useful, and copying nintendo is very smart. I dont think the next gen consoles will pass $500, so yeah. I wonder if the next cod will release for ps3 or ps4, so thats not a good sign. Besides, the ps4 hasnt even been confirmed by sony, so where did you get the rip off thing being confirmed? No one knows what the ps4 will look like, they are just rumors.

I would: get black ops 2 for wii u and wait fir the next consoles. But it also depends. How old you are.
