Of course I do :P I'm the one who has made many silly revisions and messed with it in the first place. At least now I have learned from that and know what I'm doing now. But it's still going to need to be a group effort.

Also, with NWP's idea, we can create an irc channel and talk about it there, but I advise if we talk over with the current #SMG2.5 channel for most contributions.



First of all, we need to get the damn trailer video on there, and update it.

We need to link our Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and Tumblr on there, as well and ask people to follow us for REGULAR UPDATES
-Glem3 owns the youtube channel, so that's his responsibility.
-Agent000 does so on the Tumblr, but with....weird shit.
-I have admin on the Facebook Page so that's not a problem (With Polari, as well.)
-The twitter page needs to be updated as well.

Make a proper banner for Kuribo, and our SMG2.5 archive. (Or any other links.)

The Staff needs to be listed of SMG2.5, showing Admins, Creators, Composers, Designers, and Modelers (Or any other category. Has to be updated.)
(At the bottom, credit the creators of the site)

Most stuff for social media is a little button somewhere for sharing or whatever, but we'll probably still need a page for media and such.

On the topbar would be a dark space-like background that's moving in a cycle to the right, and in "front" of it is the logo, and for the transition effect between the top and the main part is some fancy css blurring effect. I was thinking the main part of the webpage would be like that in grouped boxes with rounded corners. So kinda like that, but also with more stuff. I like that simple effect, that could work for the main page, but I was thinking something more "modern" for sub-pages like media and such.

Good start!

-The disclaimer

Here is what I dislike:
-The background and the page color. Too much of that purple is too gloomy and simple. I suggest using a space background that is navy blue with planets, galaxies, nebulas, and stars of all shapes and sizes. Like thr background on SMG1&2 art.
-The font. It looks too... just... something. I dislike the "4", "6", "G", and "k".

I'd need a good background image. I took this one on FilterForge and recolored it quickly... yeah.

As for the font, yeah. Finding a good font isn't that easy. DaFont has lots of cool fonts, but they're mostly meant for large text, so most of them look bad for regular text sizes.

Stuff like you're doing with kuribo64, with the borders and such, but moreso like the newer website is, all fancy with the layout.
I'm sick of text shadows xD never again.
Stuff like manually editing the youtube embed layout to look more modern with a giant play button and such, and a little popup thing for pics that also makes it look good.

Editing the Youtube embed layout is impossible unless you make your own player controls over a chromeless player. Not worth the trouble IMO.

And I agree with HRE on the color. We need to change either the background (which makes the most sense) or eventually at least change the color of the text boxes. However I can see that once more work and information is put into it then it has the potential to become a great SMG2.5 website :3

Indeed. Something like dark blue would be better for both. I was trying to go after the game's color scheme, but bleh.

Updated the site. It's now blue, and presented better. You might need to do a Ctrl+F5 to see all the changes though.
