Okay so it's been driving me nuts - I can't find any information anywhere on the internet for where animation files are located inside the Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door ISO. I'm trying to change the player character to an NPC (Doopliss for example), and I am able to replace the model, but when I do so the model does not have any animations... it's just frozen.

I've been looking all over inside the root folder of TTYD and cannot find where the animation files are stored. Googling yields zero results. There seems to be only one person that has figured out where the animations are but he refuses to tell me or anyone else how he changes the player animations.

SO, the point of this post is to ask if anyone knows where the animation files are stored on the Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door root folder.

EDIT: Okay, I have discovered that the game must be hex edited in order to change animations. Is anyone familiar with hex editing this specific game?
