Last view: 1258 days ago 		Come on, we can do whatever with this. It doesn't matter what Nintendo would have done. I mean, they put them everywhere. There were PIKMIN in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. Plus it's up to the person designing this. I know somebody suggested that we could make planets fold and move triggered by stuff in the environment. We should incorporate that.

Last view: 2873 days ago 		We can't have a Galaxy named "Paper Caper" galaxy and not include a single Paper Mario Cameo or reference. Just because Miyamoto wouldn't do something doesn't mean that we shouldn't do it as well. Do all other Game Developers and Designers refrain from doing something just because Miyamoto wouldn't do it?

Also Pikmin 2 was developed by Nintendo EAD and Nintendo put tons of Mario references in Pikmin 2. They even put a Pikmin reference in SMG1 (Dunno why I keep talking about Pikmin references now. I probably just wanted to Expand on NWP's post).

And besides, it's not like Miyamoto never makes mistakes (He actually made a very big mistake recently under the development of a certain game.....) :

We're not Nintendo. We make our own choices :)

While I still love the game, Miyamoto almost ruined it by deciding to have the cast consist SOLELY of NSMBW and SMS characters, enemies and bosses (with some exceptions like Kersti, the boss of W4 and like 3-5 other enemies). I never expected the game to be as deep and original as TTYD or SPM but seriously! He took away some of Paper Mario's iconic enemies (Koopatrols, Crazee Dayzees, Gloombas and so on) for a completely stupid reason! Hell there aren't even regular Magikoopas in the game as enemies just because there are no regular Magikoopa enemies in the NSMB series -_-

Luckily for me Intelligent Systems managed to still turn it into an acceptably good game, but if it hadn't been for Miyamoto, it could have been so much more (if you get what I mean). When I look at the beta screenshots it looks like a completely different game to me than PM: SS......

Anyway BTT now :)
