From what I saw from Martboo's video, they're exactly like the ghosts you race against in each galaxy(the luigi ones)
In theory you could fix them but IDK how Mario's model is set up to function, with the eyes blinking and all. it seems to auto-deload his eye animation, both in first person, and for the majority of the ghost's animation

Last view: 2590 days ago 		No, they have white eyes because if you look at mario really quick before pressing the up camera, his model will change to the whiteye model, but since you usually cant see it because you are looking forward, it is obscure.

Fiery Gobblegut was hard enough without any gimmicks.
Remind me, do the clones get hurt and can they damage bosses? If so, the planet could be fenced off into halves, with Mario and his clones on different halves.
But I don't understand how this boss battle will work.
