2018 feels...like just another year! :P

Let's get 2019 in here! More exciting! :D

I like your optimism.
Why don't go directly to 2050? I hope something will have changed, on the destructive road the world is going on. On the road that people think they can expect changes without doing them, like just any another year.

I hope in 2020 the Republicans start losing the power they don't deserve.

yeah I'm sick and tired of conservatism being everywhere.

I'd rather it did a second referendum

Hope we see more eco-revolution we deserve, like with other nations.

Mmm I want eco revolution too, but most people want 10 jobs over 10 acres of forest. It still saddens me though.

I don't think it's even a matter of capitalism or socialism, it's just not politically attractive unless there's money, power, or property involved.

most of it is all the unhealthy conditioning that living = having a job, not working = lazy, bad, etc, that you can only serve society and be worth something through activities that produce capital and that you often do mostly (if not only) for your own, individual survival

combine it with a job market that is fucking shito

and people will accept anything as long as they're told that IT CREATES JOBS!! see how good we are for allowing these people to live!

and now I am reminded of those bootlicker posts, like "I am oh so grateful to my boss for allowing me to live and granting me those things that should be unconditional human rights"

ie. you're a dog. congrats.

Worst part about the UK for me was that you're expected to be on call, and if you say that you won't always be reachable all the time that can lose you your job in favour of someone who will be on call.

Such shite.

welcome to the LSC job market, where the best products are those who accept conditions closest to enslavement
