Same here. I like cheese a lot and I'm always looking to try new types cheese if I can.

Casu Marzu seems interesting on how strong/burning the flavor is, but yes, sadly it's illegal to sell, and apparently you can only get it in only one place in Italy :/ But oh well, I'm happy with the various types of cheese we have here, being Cuajada with loroco being one of my favorite snacks along with a freshly made tortilla ?

Also lol, yoshi balut. What if Yoshi is an endangered species? Would you still try it? :>
