So is your problem that you don't have wireless drivers? That's perfectly normal, you'll just need to download the installer for the wireless driver for your laptop model using another computer.

Also, you'll need a graphics driver. If you don't get one, you won't be able to have dual monitors, your performance will be poor, and a lot of programs don't behave properly.

Thanks; I looked for some drivers, but they didn't work. How can I tell what I need to install, and where would I get them?

Well uhm... what do I google? Where would I find some specs or IDs or something that would tell me what types of drivers I need?

find what kind of hardware is in your computer, then look for the appropriate drivers (go to the laptop vendor's site for example)

But this laptop isn't in it's factory form; I basically built it with parts from other computers.

Edit: The OS also came from a LEGALLY OBTAINED iso.

[22:27:42] <StapleButter> laptop parts are generally proprietary, there aren't a billion possibilities

Is there any info on it that will help?

No. Where did you get it from? If it's from another laptop, just google that laptop model + "wireless driver". If you ordered it online, the page you got it from might help.
