Sorry if that looks like hate posts. I have nothing against DSHack, I just have a bad taste in mouth from MKDSCentral.

I think the glows on the names don't look professionnal, though.

As for Celestial's bullshit, this board is actually more secure. See, you can't flood PMs (the minimum interval severely hinders that), you can't spam a ton of youtube tags to kill people's browsers, etc...

If that uneducated dumbass is really a moderator at DSHack, that says something to me. But eh, that's your place, none of my business.

I found something today. Or rather I didn't find it, maybe I'm just blind. Whatever happened to favorite threads? Personally, I found them useful for organising, you guessed, the threads I view most and easily access them without having to dig through the forums to find them and check for replies. Will they be back?

Favorite threads were going to give notifications (then to be called Subscribed Threads or something), but I guess they weren't brought over because StapleButter never finished them.

I could readd the favorites themselves if you want, tho.

Apology accepted.
I almost thought, your Reply would be worse than this, but it didn't happen, luckily.
To be honest, I personally would also like to use an own Forum Software, for the sake of control, but always try to listen to my Users, and a majority wants IP.Board.
Especially after the 1 year long Drama, when we merged 2 or 3 Websites into 1 in 2012, because nobody wanted that.

That's what people can set themselves, actually.

It's actually the first time I see him act like that.
He's usually much more mature, than that.
Perhaps he had a bad day?

Mmmh, that'd be great...or at least it would be if there were more people who use them besides me. Adding an entire feature for just one person seems like a waste of time to me.

It's also your fault, afterall, about MKDS Central being lame and useless :P
By the way, I don't want to blame you since it was my fault as well.
I'm glad DSHack.org came back. It is now better than it was before and Solaris is awesome as staff and many other cool stuffs :3
About the layout, yeah, but who cares? As long as we can share stuffs....

Don't worry, I have it, too. Sometimes. But, I love the site. I've written over 2000 posts on it, it's basically a huge part of my childhood. I wasn't there for a while, but well, I still have the rights to change some things.

DSHack runs off IPB and looks wildly unprofessional anyway, so no bonus.

Tell me how can I improve it and I will try. I don't even know how it looks right now, but what you see is probably mostly my fault. ._.

Boards like that are so hard to navigate on. Why do you need to have a huge damn board with a stuffy interface and too much to keep track of when you could simply have a lightweight Acmlmboard? :)

For fun. The more fun things there are, the more time you spend checking them out. It's not much enough to get confusing IMO, but if you think there's too much of everything, I will be glad to fix that.

Actually, I already fixed the navigation, recently.
No need to change that part.

I'm sorry. I'll try to stay quiet, and not cause as much drama as I did. I guess I'll just have to deal with changes and move on.

I just came back and I noticed something was a bit different.

The edits of comments (before the switch) have been NEW comments. Example, when someone posted a comment, there became a further new comment, then the person edited the comment, and then there became a new comment with the edit on. That is not supposed to be, right?

No, that's normal.

welp, dang, dang, and dang...

if I had display names, I'd set my name to `DarkPikachu`, but I can understand it's removal.

profile comments are something I absolutely adore, but again, I understand :)

and I happen to actually like quote pyramids... lol
but I won't complain about not having them ;)

Why didn't you choose that name when registering? Either way you can have an admin change it for you.

Also, are you coming from boards that had profile comments?

well, normally I go with DarkPikachu as long as they can make out that I'm Tcll ;)
but you have the "real name" option, and my ava is used everywhere I'm on normally, so why not. :P
please and thanks :)

and yea, Smashboards which I'm on 90% of my time... lol
truthfully I wish my forum had them w/o having to use a super user key... heh
