How far have you come and are you just self working on this?

Do you use SketchUp, Blender, Maya or 3D Studio Max to model those galaxies?

I work on this by myself :P
...
and I use the wrong way: SketchUp :(

But I think models don't have to be perfect!

SketchUp isn't the wrong way. It can make pretty good models, but it's limited. In Blender you can do everything. The problem is that Blender is hard to learn. Also, how did you do round trees and shading if you were using SketchUp?

I will learn blender...

NOTE: I work on the custom levels by myself but I got help with other things like custom music! :)

But I still don't understand how you did round trees and shading and shadow if you were using SketchUp. I thought SketchUp couldn't do that.

Sketchup can be a very powerful modeling tool if you know how to use it right.

Hm... I know...
Sketchup is nice. Blender is better! :P

And by the way:
Sketchup made this/my "wonderful" first ice and snow planet!

At the time, I'm planning a big one :D
Or a big fish :D
The galaxy is inspired by Bigmouth :D
Here is a screenshot of his mouth :D

EDIT:
Here is a screenshot of the first FishPart without shading! In Whitehole!

Why don't you try UV mapping? From what I've seen from the first screenshot, seams look ugly. Anyways, nice model, glad to see a SMG hack that is progressing.
