I completely agree with this (although 'they just don't do anything else' is a bit radical in my opinion). I've also worked much slower since I got my 'level creator' job back at the beginning of the project (although that's kinda because I lose interest in SMG2 hacking from time to time and suddenly, after some time without having hacked, I regain it).

Regarding the 'job' dilemma, the only thing I know for sure is that whatever you decide to do, you will not be able to please everybody -that's why such thing is called an utopia, isn't it?-
