I 've a question about the leftover objects TwisterSan, SunakazeKun, BasaBasaIce and Torpedo from SMG1.
It's said that they work fine if their model files are added back in, but only BasaBasaIce works.
Can anyone help me? (sorry for my bad English...I'm German)

The torpedo works fine from what I've tested, I don't know about any of the others.

Also, its probably a good idea to keep some of those questions on your thread about your galaxy, not start a new thread. If you've got some completely random question there are multiple threads in which you can post on, depending on the question.

There was a guy who did that a number of times, his name was MarioKiller717. He was an interesting guy, but he created a new thread for each and every question he had, it got annoying. I guess he never bothered to have a look around for a suitable thread. Anyway that's just a heads up. ;)

BlueChip and BlueChipGroup don't load their models, SunakazeKun, TwisterSan and Torpedo crash the game and BasaBasaIce works.

Do they need special files or something?

Yes, all you have to do is copy their model files from ObjectData in SMG1 to SMG2 and place objects as you wish.

Well I tried it another time --> it crashed. :/
I also tried another leftover object called "UnizoShoal". This one works well :)

Um when I tested Torpedo Ted, I was testing it on Emulator. I wasn't testing it to see If it would crash the wii though. More to see If it would just work.

I have never tested those befor so, Im not entirely sure. I did try rocky wrenches, but those don't work cause theyre missing some coding for the wrench.

If they need paths, the game would crash, or not? Also, they don't show up in a galaxy.

Found out how TwisterSan, SunakazeKun, Torpedo work and the three other FishGroups work:
TwisterSan: Needs paths
SunakazeKun: Needs paths
Torpedo: Needs a SW_APPEAR switch

Yeah I found that out a minute ago when I looked into SMG2's FileSelect.
Strange, the object database didn't mention this.

Nintendo did it really weird, they reused their galaxy creation function so that the title screen is also a map, and that object most likely loads all the code and data for the actual profiles on the file select(along with a sky)

No I mean the if you click on FileSelector on the object database you will only find the "FileSelect" entry for SMG1 not SMG2.
